A4 framed : 32.5 cm x 41cm
A3 framed: 41 cm x 53cm
A2 framed: 53 cm x 71cm
A1 framed: 70cm x 95cm
A0 framed: 96cm x 131cm
How long will my framed print take?
These products are made to order and may take up to 10 working days for delivery. While we hold a limited selection in stock, most pieces are printed and framed on demand. If you require your order sooner, please contact us at hello@byfable.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to production capacity.
Remote locations and some international destinations may experience longer delivery times.
Please get in touch if you need a more specific estimate before ordering.
SHIPPING
How long will it take to receive my unframed print?
Estimated delivery times below are from the date of dispatch, not order placement.
Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
This is excluding A2, A1 & A0 prints which can take up to 5 working days to be shipped.
Singapore (Domestic)
Standard (SingPost): 3-5 business days
Express (Local Courier): 1-2 business days
International
Standard (SingPost): 7-14 business days
Express (DHL / FedEx): 3-7 business days
How long will it take to receive my unframed print for an international order?
International orders are shipped via. Singpost tracked mail and usually take between 7 to 15 days to arrive, depending on the destination. International orders via Singpost are only tracked to the destination and then we are unable to track them within the local market.
Courier/DHL/Fedex international shipping is available at an additional cost – please get in touch directly to organise this service.
We aim to ship orders from the studio within 1 to 2 days excluding A2, A1 & A0 prints which can take up to 5 working days to be shipped.
