Where We Ship From
All By Fable orders are fulfilled and shipped from Singapore.
Shipping Carriers
We ship domestically and internationally via SingPost. For urgent deliveries, we also offer
express options via local courier, DHL, or FedEx, where available. Your shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected
shipping method. Your shipping options will be shown at checkout - if you need something different, please contact us at hello@byfable.com and we will do our best to help. Please note:
- Shipping costs do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may
apply in your country. - Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Refusing a delivery on the basis of duties or taxes is not accepted as grounds for a
refund.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times below are from the date of dispatch, not order placement.
Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
Singapore (Domestic)
Standard (SingPost): 3-5 business days
Express (Local Courier): 1-2 business days
International
Standard (SingPost): 7-14 business days
Express (DHL / FedEx): 3-7 business days
Framed prints and larger prints (A2 and above)
These products are made to order and may take up to 10 working days for delivery. While we hold a limited selection in stock, most pieces are printed and framed on demand. If you require your order sooner, please contact us at hello@byfable.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to production capacity.
Remote locations and some international destinations may experience longer delivery times.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking
details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or
circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@byfable.com and we will do our best to help.
