Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help - just get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to find a solution.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Returned in their original condition and undamaged
- In their original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are made at the
customer's own risk - we recommend using a tracked service. By Fable is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit on return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
To start a return or exchange, please email us at hello@byfable.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll take it from there.
Damaged Deliveries
We take great care in packing every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, please send the following to hello@byfable.com:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging (including any damage to the outer box or tube)
- A brief description of the damage
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Where damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement as our primary resolution. In some circumstances we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. We do not offer a full refund for damaged items where a suitable replacement is available.
Colours & Screens
We do our best to represent our products accurately online. However, colour calibration
varies between screens, monitors, and devices. The colour of a print or product you receive may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
If you have questions about a specific product's colours before purchasing, please get in
touch at hello@byfable.com.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Out of Stock
All products listed on byfable.com are available unless otherwise stated. In the rare event
that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you by email to offer an alternative or a full refund.
