They derive their name from the Isthmus of Kra, the narrowest stretch of land along the coast of Southern Thailand, and the connection between mainland and maritime Southeast Asia. With every piece we bring to you, we honour time-tested traditions, local artisans, and the environment. We respect the imperfect beauty of handcrafted goods made with time and skill.
KRA's partner artisans have been producing luxury kitchenware and ceramic dinner sets since 1986 from Lampang, Thailand. The artisans spend an extensive amount of time exploring ways to mould and shape the clay they work with by deftly fusing modern sensibilities with a sense of local heritage.
