Domestic Shipping
Orders are processed every Wednesday and will be shipped within 1 - 2 days from our Singapore studio. Domestic orders are shipped via Singpost tracked mail and will usually take between 2 - 3 days to arrive. An email will be sent with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
Orders are processed every Wednesday and will be shipped within 1 - 2 days from our Singapore studio. International orders are shipped via Singpost tracked mail and will usually take between 10 - 18 days to arrive. An email will be sent with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Returns
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accomodate refunds, returns or exchanges. If you receive an item that is damaged or different from your order confirmation, we will be happy to replace it! Please email us at hello@byfable.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will look into it!
